Certificate in Family Literacy

ôThe Goodling Institute for Research in Family Literacy at Penn State, in partnership with the National Center for Family Literacy, offers an online Certificate in Family Literacy through Penn State's World Campus.  Since family literacy involves both adult and early childhood literacy, the courses from both areas are included.  The Certificate consists of 15 credits (5 courses) that may be applied toward a bachelor's or master's degree.  Tuition is priced at the in-state rate although students may reside anywhere.  Details are available on the program web site (http://www.worldcampus.psu.edu/pub/famlt/).

Orientation for the fall classes begins on August 27 with classes beginning on September 3.  Please contact Nickie Askov (ena1@psu.edu) if you have any questions.ö

Keep up the good work.  Let me know when we can help.
